Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint, we will be happy to help and will try our best to sort things out for you. Please contact us by either emailing feedback@emilewoolfpublishing.com or phoning +44 (0) 1344 751674. We will respond to your complaint within 48 hours and will do our utmost to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

You will receive written confirmation of the outcome of your complaint, outlining the reasons for our decision.

In the unlikely event that your problem cannot be resolved by a member of the distance learning team, you will be referred to the department manager. Should we still not be able to resolve your problem in a satisfactory manor, we will ask you to put your complaint into writing to the Director.

If the customer still feels unhappy then you could refer them directly to the ACCA.  They will be able to find information on the ACCA website accaglobal.com under http://www.accaglobal.com/members/professionalstandards/complaints/.
