How will my items be delivered?
Items will be delivered via a number of trusted companies including UPS. Details regarding the company that will be delivering your parcel are available on your confirmation email. Deliveries take place on working days only. (Monday-Friday)

How long will they take to arrive?
Our estimated delivery times from dispatch

UK: 3-5 Working days
Europe: 5-7 Working days
Rest of the World: 7-10 Working days

What happens if my items don't arrive in the expected time?
If your parcel does not arrive in the expected time, you can track your parcel by logging in to your account on this site for the link and consignment number or to view the confirmation email you received.

A signature will be required when your order is delivered. Please make sure that there will be someone available to sign for the order when it is delivered.
