Purchasing from our store
The easiest way to find something is to type the name in the search box, above the product menu on the left-hand side.
If you are unsure of what you want to buy, use the menus on the left-hand side of each page.
To get more information about a product, click its name or picture to see the product details page. The product details page will give you a synopsis and description, as well as other useful information.
Adding products to your Shopping Basket
The Shopping Basket is where you place items you want to buy. Anything you put into the shopping basket can be deleted or saved for later if you change your mind. When you find what you are looking for click the "Add to Shopping Basket" link on the item's product details page.
If you can't see an "Add to Shopping Basket" link, it may be because the item is currently out of stock. If you see an Out of Stock message you can choose to add the item to a Pre-Order. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email, then if you still want the product just follow the link in your email to purchase it.
When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click "View Basket" in the top right-hand corner of the page. Here you can edit your basket by removing items or changing how many of each item you want.
To proceed with your purchase, click the "Continue to Checkout" button. Once clicked you will be asked to log in or register if you are not already logged in to the site.
Logging in / Registering
Returning customer
If you have already registered, fill in your email address and password in the boxes on the left hand side of the page.
If you have forgotten your password please click here - Forgotten Password.
New customer
If you are a new customer, enter your email address in the box on the right hand side of the page and press the "Sign Up" button. You will then need to fill in your details, including a billing and delivery address. Please note the billing address must be the same as the one on your credit / debit card statement.
Once you have logged in you will be able to edit your details including your password, and billing and delivery addresses. You can also view your recent orders within your account section.
Completing your order
When you have completed the registration section, or have logged on, click the "View Basket" link at the top right of the page to go back to your order. Here you can edit your shopping basket, select the type of delivery you would like (details on deliveries are available on the Delivery page) and change your billing and delivery address. You are also able to add a note to your order if needed.
When you are happy with your order select the "Confirm" link at the bottom of the page. You will be taken to the payment page where you will need to fill in your credit / debit card information. Once you have completed this section you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Please remember to print this out for your own records.
Tracking your order
When the order has been shipped to you, you will receive a further email detailing when the order left the warehouse, a tracking number and a link to trace your parcel. Alternatively you can log on to the site for the tracking number or to view your order history.
